Sahaj foundation aims to facilitate individuals in rural communities to live in harmony with their hearts to lead a peaceful and meaningful life. The idea is to work on creating a space that will help people come over the mental poverty that exists today on a vast scale.
The identified focus areas are education, livelihood and health. In education, the focus is to provide a set of knowledge, skills and values to kids in their localized global context which enables them to make independent choices to lead a meaningful life, in livelihood, the focus is to utilize locally available natural resources to create livelihood opportunities for the community and youth and in health, the focus is to use nature friendly healing techniques such as Ayurveda, Homeopathy etc. While leading a life with simplicity within the community, the promoters of the foundation aim to promote spiritual well-being by facilitating the community to make connections with their inner self with the help of meditative and reflective techniques.
To facilitate the inner growth of individuals that will help a community to live peacefully in harmony with their hearts.
