HEAD2HEART RETREAT
December 11-17, 2016
Head2Heart retreat is an initiative that aims to take its seekers away from worldly rat race for a period of seven days and help them find time to connect with themselves. The idea emerged from a realization that most of us are forced to live a life which either our family or the society pre-decides for us. Though people around us keep approving the same as the best that could happen to us, we rarely find ourselves fulfilled and satisfied doing that.
In this whole search of not knowing where to go and what exactly to do in order to be able to receive that happiness and satisfaction one longs for, it becomes necessary to have a space which allows oneself to listen to his/ her inner calling and figure out how he/ she wishes to lead a life full of happiness and contentment. Head2Heart Retreat is an endeavor to create that space.
Its a space for an intense journey wherein we all question the way we have been living our lives, question the purpose of living itself and then initiate a process of identifying our heart’s calling that may end with gathering the courage to follow the same in the real world.

In the midst of Himalayas, our seekers would be facilitated to realize their heart’s calling through-
- A sharing of the powerful stories of common individuals who have made a choice to follow their hearts in spite of all the obstacles
- Purposefully designed indoor activities to make seekers reflect on what their heart truly wishes
- Day-long adventurous outdoor challenges to make seekers gather courage and clarity on what their heart longs for
- Reflections/sharing of experiences by seekers to bring out the synergy of the group
- Introspection sessions by practicing guided meditation and silence

SEEKERS' TESTIMONIALS
The retreat could help me to understand the biggest obstacle that hinders my growth in life- ‘My own conditioned mind’. Realizing it was a huge paradigm shift for me. I just need to look within now.
- Manish Hatwalne, Pune, Software Consultant, [email protected]
For me, ‘Living in the moment’ and ‘Keeping things simple’ are major takeaways. I realized that everything that I was looking for was already there in my head but all this time I kept complicating it.
- Nehal Jadon, Hyderabad, TeachForIndia, [email protected]
I had a number of realizations- making heart your center of focus, making life easy and pulling happiness into it, living meaningfully by trusting people.
