This 'Weekend Morning Intensive' is being organised as a part of a series of sessions, that are usually conducted in 'Dealing with Negative Emotions' Retreat/ 'Cultivating Emotional Balance' Online Program. The sessions will be conducted online via Zoom.

A few important things to remember:
1. All participants are required to join for both the days of the intensive.
2. Participants should join the session in the first 5 minutes of it starting, after which they would not be allowed to enter the room.
3. This intensive is a process of unraveling an emotion and not attending the whole session might lead to a misunderstanding of the content. So, participants are recommended to attend the whole session to gain a clear understanding.
4. The intensive is offered in the spirit of gift economy, so you can pay as per your heart or pay it forward as you choose to.
